The company has manufacturing workshops, test bases, laboratories and other production and research workplaces with different functional attributes. It has 2500 square meters of equipment manufacturing workshop, which is used for the processing, production, assembly and manufacturing of mechanical, electrical and electronic and other product-level components. It has a large scale model and two complete impressed current cathodic protection monitoring and control systems, which are located in the Miaoling pool test base and the Xiaoping Island real sea test base, and provides a reliable support platform for technical development and product testing. Jointly establish the "Joint Laboratory for Corrosion Protection of Ships and Marine Engineering Equipment" with Dalian University of Technology; There are "electrochemical laboratory", "hardware laboratory" and "structure laboratory", and there are many R&D and testing instruments, such as high-end digital oscilloscope, function/signal generator, electrochemical workstation, water quality analyzer, grounding resistance tester, micro-ohm meter, thermal imager, fiber grating demodulator, dynamic acquisition instrument, LCR meter, regulated adjustable power supply, insulation/withstand voltage tester, watertight test tooling, etc, The asset value exceeds 2 million yuan. The manufacturing workshop has a number of production and auxiliary equipment, including CNC sheet metal cutting machine, CNC sheet metal bending machine, CNC turret punch, lathe, milling machine, rocker rotary machine, sawing machine, plasma cutting machine, injection molding machine, automatic welding machine, crane, forklift, etc., with an asset value of more than 6 million yuan.
