CPVS (Corrosion Protection Visulisation Studio)
CPVS (Corrosion Protection Visulisation Studio)It is a software system independently developed by Dalian University of Technology based on the boundary element simulation principle (BEM), which is applicable to corrosion protection assessment of ships and marine structures. It is only necessary to model the surface of the protected structure/field and input boundary conditions and environmental parameters to simulate the electrochemical potential distribution on the structure surface. Based on the simulation results and design specifications, users can evaluate the protection effect of the anti-corrosion scheme.

Software of impressed current cathodic protection monitoring system
The monitoring system software has the following functions:
1. Real-time data monitoring
Real-time and continuous monitoring of cathodic protection status of structures, including data such as jacket surface potential, sacrificial anode current release intensity, etc.
2. Protection status warning
According to the normal threshold range of cathodic protection parameters preset by the user, judge whether the real-time monitoring data is within the normal data range in real time, and then judge the cathodic protection status.
3. Data storage
The computer communicates with the cathodic protection monitor, and the user can set the synchronization interval to upload the real-time data sampled in the CPMS monitor to the computer database.
4. Data playback
The potential and current curve within the specified time period can be displayed in the form of line chart, and the data change trend within the time period can be displayed visually, so as to realize the intuitive daily, weekly, monthly and annual playback of all channel data.
5. Historical data analysis
Perform statistical analysis on the data collected by the specified sensor within the specified time period, and calculate its maximum value, minimum value, average value and statistical distribution rule.
Potential data: real-time display of potential data of Ag/AgCl and Zn.
Current data: real-time display of current data of anode control module.
Voltage data: display the voltage data of anode control module in real time.
Total current: including the total current of each composite cable and the total current output.
When the chart is displayed, the left side shows the potential, current and voltage data in the form of data, and the right side shows the installation location of the underwater auxiliary anode and reference electrode.
When the potential data is under or over protected, the data column of the corresponding channel will flash.
Data monitoring: click the start monitoring button after setting the collection cycle, and the data will be collected according to the set frequency and displayed in the form of a broken line.
Device filtering: select the reference electrode and control module. After setting, it will be hidden or displayed in the chart according to the selected results;
Chart maximization: If you want to pay special attention to the trend of Ag/AgCl data, you can click the maximization button in the upper right corner of the chart to maximize the display of the chart.
