T/CSCP 0007-2022《Technical code for corrosion protection of steel shell outer surface of immersed tunnel》It is the first technical standard for the durability and protection technology of the steel shell outer wall of the steel shell concrete immersed tunnel in China, which stipulates the technical requirements for the design, construction, acceptance and maintenance management of the anti-corrosion coating and cathodic protection of the steel shell outer wall, and provides systematic and comprehensive theoretical support and technical guidance for the durability guarantee of the steel shell immersed tunnel in China, It fills the technical gap in the construction of steel shell-concrete immersed tube tunnels in China, and is one of the series of achievements of the national "13th Five-Year Plan" and "14th Five-Year Plan" major engineering deep-middle channel projects.
As one of the first units in China to carry out technical research and equipment research and development of cathodic protection status monitoring for the outer wall of steel shell concrete immersed tube under the complex deep-buried marine environment of sea water/sea mud/riprap coupling, relying on the construction of steel shell-concrete immersed tube tunnel in the Shenzhen-Middle Channel project, the company has successively developed the floating cathodic protection potential monitoring system for steel shell immersed tube, the in-situ replaceable monitoring sensor for steel shell immersed tube under pressure The nondestructive integrated installation method for the bottom surface of the steel shell immersed tube has been carried out on the solid pipe joint of the deep and medium channel project for a long time, and its application in the solid engineering of the deep and medium channel has been promoted and approved.
The Shenzhen-Zhongkong Channel is a large-scale cross-sea cluster project that integrates super-span bridges, extra-long two-way eight-lane submarine immersed tunnel, artificial island in the sea and underwater communication, and is also another century-old project that has attracted worldwide attention after the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. The submarine tunnel of Shenzhen-Middle Channel is about 6.8 kilometers long, and the immersed tube section is about 5 kilometers long. It is composed of 32 pipe joints and 1 final joint. It is the first steel shell-concrete immersed tube tunnel in China, the largest steel shell-concrete immersed tube tunnel in the world, and the first engineering project in China that requires the service life of steel structures to reach 100 years under the marine environment. Deep and medium channel steel shell-concrete immersed tube tunnel is deeply buried in the Lingdingyang estuary, crosses multiple complex geological layers, and is in the sea water/sea mud/riprap coupling medium environment, and the corrosion medium and environment are complex and changeable. Once the tunnel is backfilled, the corrosion of the outer wall of the steel shell can hardly be inspected and maintained. For the steel shell-concrete immersed tunnel with a design life of 100 years or more, the corrosion prevention of the outer wall of the steel shell is the key technology to ensure its durability.
