Objective
◆ The surface potential of steel structure is an important indicator to judge the cathodic protection status of steel structure.
Working principle
◆ The reference electrode is arranged at different positions of the steel structure to monitor the surface potential at typical positions;
◆ The potential signal collected by each reference machine is transmitted to the CP monitor, and the data is stored, transmitted and analyzed;
◆ The potential data measured by the monitor is transmitted to the main control computer through RS485 communication bus;
◆ The computer processes the potential data of each monitoring point, displays the potential measurement curve, and saves the potential data in the database.

Working principle
◆ Real-time monitoring and display of steel structure potential/current density, sacrificial anode current, residual life of sacrificial anode and other parameters;
◆ Realize three-dimensional visualization of protection status, and display under-protection and over-protection areas in real time;
◆ When the cathodic protection status of the steel structure is fed back, it can be used as the input signal of the ICCP system to adjust the output of the auxiliary anode current in a closed loop, so that the monitoring and control of the ICCP system can form a closed loop.
◆ Data acquisition, analysis, fault alarm, over/under protection warning and other highly automated;
◆ It has the function of querying and analyzing historical data and logs, customizing and filtering data, and automatically generating formatted reports and reports;
